Probitas Announces AdA SPA 2024 to Transition to Full Syndicate in 2026 24th July 2025 Following ‘In Principle’ Lloyd’s approval, Probitas Managing Agency are pleased to announce that the AdA SPA 2024 will transition to full Syndicate status for the 2026 year of account. The AdA Syndicate will continue to be headed by Natasha Jodrell, Managing Director of AdA Underwriters and James Grainger CUO and Active Underwriter. Natasha said, “We are delighted to start the next step on our journey trading as a full Syndicate; we have a strong team, both in underwriting and claims, with leadership capabilities which allows us to trade through this challenging environment and deliver a profit across the cycle.” The AdA team will continue to develop a diverse portfolio of marine & specialty business, building out from the existing portfolio that they have underwritten on behalf of Probitas 1492 Syndicate for the 2024 and 2025 years of account. The AdA Syndicate will continue to be managed by Probitas Manging Agency, and James added “The team deserve much credit, having worked hard to achieve this next step towards an independent Lloyd’s business.” Antony Dodson, Probitas CUO and Active Underwriter, commented “We are delighted that Natasha and the wider AdA team have reached this significant milestone.
