We offer a Combined Liability Insurance product to the Australian Residential Aged Care, In-Home Care, Community Care and Disability Care sectors, with a focus on being the best offering in the market.

• Abuse Insurance (affirmative coverage including sexual abuse and replacement wages for stood down staff)
• Professional Indemnity incl. Malpractice Insurance Civil Liability trigger
• Management Liability which includes Entity Cover, Employment Practices Insurance, Crime Cover (including residents’ property), Crisis Management Expense, Tax Audit Costs and Statutory Liability Insurance

• General and Products Liability: limits up to $20,000,000
• Abuse: limits up to $20,000,000
• Professional Indemnity: limits up to $20,000,000 including one reinstatement
• Management Liability: limits up to $10,000,000 (incl. entity cover & the following extensions)
• Employment Practices liability: limits up to $5,000,000
• Crime: limits up to $250,000.
• Crisis Management: limits up to $250,000
• Statutory Liability: limits up to $5,000,000
• Tax Audit: limits up to $100,000
